Changes can be made at least 48 hours before the ride. Cancelling the ride less than 168 hours in advance is not possible.
If cancellation is made more than 168 hours before the ride, the prepayment is fully refunded within 5 business days by the same payment method. If cancelled less than 168 hours before, prepayment is non-refundable.
For delayed flights, trains, or buses, waiting is free and unlimited. After arrival, the driver waits up to 1 hour for free. After that, additional charges may apply.
